FLAT RATE SHIPPING

• Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (Monday – Saturday). Delivery standard is 2–7 days within India.
• Flat rate shipping fee of ₹80 applies to all orders shipping within India.
• Free shipping on orders over ₹1,999 within India.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We ship worldwide from India.
• International orders are shipped via standard international courier (India Post, DHL, or FedEx) with an estimated delivery time of 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country.
• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination country and order weight.
• Free international shipping is not available unless a specific promotion is active.
• Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes applicable in their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the local customs authority.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

LOCAL DELIVERY (India Only)

• Local delivery is available for addresses within 51km of our shop.
• Orders placed before 3 PM (Monday–Saturday, 12 PM–6 PM) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered the next business day.
• Real-time tracking will be shared via email once your order is ready for delivery.
